Refund Policy for Kenja Martial Arts


Tuition & Programs: All monthly membership tuition and program registrations are non-refundable.

​

Equipment & Gear: Unused, unopened martial arts uniforms (gis) and sparring equipment in their original packaging may be exchanged for a different size within 14 days of pickup.

​

Special Events: Registrations for special seminars, camps, or tournaments are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the school.
